Yoga found me when I needed it most. For years, I have suffered from chronic back pain due to a history of severe scoliosis. Yoga has allowed me to manage physical pain and more importantly, my relationship to the pain and related suffering. Through my yoga practice, I have gained a deep understanding of my body and my Self (capital “S”).  It has become a way of life for me; A practice that continues moving and changing me daily - on my mat and in the world.

Since 2009, I have been sharing my passion and love for yoga with all who show up, ready to practice. My 240-hr training is through Kanyakumari Ayurveda & Yoga Wellness Center in Milwaukee. I am currently enrolled in advanced Yoga Therapy training at the Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, CA, on the path to becoming a 1000-hour certified yoga therapist in 2018. I also offer individual, 1-on-1 yoga therapy sessions and onsite mindfulness training for organizations.

My intention is to empower you to discover and nurture your own practice, wherever you are on your path. My teaching style emphasizes alignment, playful curiosity, mindfulness, and lots of self-love.
