A California native, Kelsey recently arrived from the City of Angels where she lived and practiced yoga for the past decade. She is thrilled to share her love of the practice with the Madison yoga community. 

Kelsey sees coming to the yoga mat, towel, or an inviting patch of grass to practice as an opportunity to let the external world fade into the background and tap into the basics of being alive: breathing fully, moving fluidly, and cultivating a keen awareness of body and mind. She finds the potent and all-at-once healing, energizing, and calming effects of this practice to come from this simple act of showing up and slowing down. Kelsey believes that yoga is for everybody and aims to meet you where you are, to guide you through the mental and physical challenges of your practice, and to lead you to reconnect with the external world feeling energized and balanced.
