Part of the practice is honoring where you are at any given moment while staying open to the possibility of the evolving shapes your body makes and the way you move.
As an Occupational Therapist and Yoga Teacher, Sarah Peters offers vast knowledge and experience in how we move our bodies. During this workshop we will discuss and explore ways to modify your yoga practice so you can move well, breathe well, and be well.
