Get Your Stretch On: Stretch Flow Yoga Workshop will address muscles and tendons in areas of your body that lack flexibility, joint mobility, strength, and balance. Improving the flexibility of the muscles in this workshop will improve the mobility of your joints.
This workshop begins with preparatory stretches that will help students prepare their bodies to go deeper into yoga poses and eliminate chronic pain and tightness. The upper back and lower back are the two major areas in the body where people have the most pain and tightness. This class is full of hip and shoulder openers as well as stretches for the hamstrings, quads, hip flexors, adductors, and neck.
Wayne Campbell will lead the workshop. He is the current 2017 USA National Yoga Champion for the Men’s 50+ Division and the owner of Urban Fit Yoga Houston in Houston, Texas.
